Terms of Service
Effective date: 6 June 2026
1. Provider
These Terms govern your use of My People (“the Service”), provided by ViaVia UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Marchgrabenplatz 4, 80805 München, Germany (Amtsgericht München, HRB 308987). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
My People is a private, single-person relationship memory. It stores identities and context about the people you know and exposes them to your own AI agents via an MCP server. It is a memory layer, not a messenger: it does not send messages on your behalf, and it does not host messaging sessions.
3. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity under it, including tokens you issue to your agents. One account is intended for one person and their network.
4. Acceptable Use
- Store only data you are entitled to keep about people you know.
- Do not use the Service to build a shared or public directory.
- Do not attempt to access other accounts' data or bypass usage limits.
You are the controller of the personal data you store about third parties and are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so.
5. Plans & Payment
- Free: up to 15 people, manual add and CSV/vCard import.
- Pro: €12 / month or €100 / year (EUR), for unlimited people, Google Contacts sync, the MCP connector, and interaction history.
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the customer portal in Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices include applicable VAT where required.
6. Your Data
Your content is yours. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
7. Availability & Disclaimer
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own backups of critical data (the export feature is provided for this purpose).
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ViaVia is liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Mandatory liability (e.g. under the German Product Liability Act or for injury to life, body, or health) is unaffected.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing Law
German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
