Questions

Is it private if my AI can read it?
Yes. Your AI reads your memory through a token you control; we never run a model on your data and never read it for you. Every record is scoped to you by row-level security in the database, and nothing is used for training.
Do I have to log anything by hand?
No — that's the point. As you talk to your connected agents, they record who people are and what happened. You can still add or edit anything yourself, and review everything an agent wrote under Memory.
One AI today, a different one tomorrow?
Your memory is one place, not locked inside any single assistant. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral, or Cursor — they all read and write the same memory, so you never re-explain a person when you switch.
How is this different from ChatGPT's memory?
ChatGPT's memory lives inside ChatGPT. My People is yours and travels across every assistant and session — a structured Personal CRM you can see, correct, export, and delete, not an opaque per-app note.
Why switch from Dex, Clay, or Notion?
Those are destinations you visit and maintain. My People comes to where your AI already is and maintains itself. It's the relationship memory your agents use, not another tab you forget to open.
Is it a messenger?
No. My People stores who people are and your history with them — it never sends messages and never holds your inbox. Connectors request contacts only.
Is my data safe — and where is it?
EU-hosted (Frankfurt, under ViaVia UG). Export everything as JSON or delete your account and all of it anytime. Secrets stay server-side; billing comes only from Stripe.
